“Working for Lingo Flamingo is an incredibly rewarding experience. The admirable task that Lingo Flamingo has set itself is to delay the effects of dementia by teaching new languages to care home residents, and I have been able to play my part and teach French to these residents. Knowing that I was helping was deeply satisfactory but the teaching itself was also something that I truly enjoyed, as talking and sharing knowledge with the residents and seeing them learn and enjoy talking French was immensely gratifying.”
